1-hour Group Dog Walks:
Walks include pickup and drop off at home in a safe vehicle, an off-leash walk on a quiet trail with a group of well-socialized friends where free play and exploring is encouraged, training treats throughout the walk, clean paws afterwards, and some cute photos of all the fun :)
All dogs MUST have a collar with contact information tags, a harness, and a leash. These items should be quickly accessible at pickup time, usually by the door. If these items are not available at pickup then your dog will miss their walk and you will be invoiced for the visit.
Cancellation policy:
Please text or email Monica before 8am on the day you have booked your services. More notice is even better. If I arrive at your home without notice of your cancellation you will be invoiced for that visit.
In case of injury:
In the rare case that a dog is injured on the trail, we are prepared. First aid will be delivered immediately, the pack will return to the vehicle right away, and you will receive a phone call where we will discuss next steps. If I can’t reach you and I determine that your dog needs immediate veterinary care, I will take them to the nearest available vet and seek treatment. You are always responsible for the cost of veterinary care for your dog.
30-min check-ins:
Check-ins include care and company for up to 3 cats, or for 1 dog. House plants and small pets, like fish, are included for free :)
You will receive a text or email update while I am at your home visiting your pet.
Cancellation policy:
Please text or email Monica before 8am on the day you have booked your services. More notice is even better. If I arrive at your home without notice of your cancellation you will be invoiced for that visit.

In the rare case that I arrive to find your animal(s) in medical distress, I am prepared. First aid will be delivered immediately, and you will receive a phone call where we will discuss next steps. If I can’t reach you and I determine that your pet needs immediate veterinary care, I will take them to the nearest available vet and seek treatment. You are always responsible for the cost of veterinary care for your animal.
The same is true for your home. If something is wrong such as a break in, the smell of gas, flooding, imminent/unexpected wild fire threat, you will receive a call immediately to discuss next steps. if I cannot reach you I will deal with the situation with the best judgement and reach you as soon as possible. You are always responsible for the cost of damages to your own property.
Overnight Pet Sitting:
Pet sitting includes care, exercise, and company for your animals in the familiarity and safety of your own home, as well as basic care of your home.
Your dog(s) will get a 1-hour walk everyday, as well as outside breaks as needed throughout the day. Your other house pets will be kept to their normal routine.
Your animals will need to be comfortable with being left alone at home for up to 4-hours during the day. Every effort will be made to minimize time spent alone, and will not extend beyond 4 hours at a stretch.
Your delivered packages will be brought inside, your home will be respected and kept clean, and any small tasks such as watering plants and gardens or putting out trash/recycling will be taken care of as requested.
You can choose to receive daily or twice-daily updates on your animal(s) including pictures and videos texted to your phone or emailed.

Boarding Policy:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before the booking will be considered confirmed.
Emergency cancellation policy:
Please text or email Monica before 8am, 24 hours before the first day of your booking. More notice is much better! If notice of cancellation is given after 8am, less than 24 hours in advance, you will be invoiced for the full length of your booking.
